Meet the Founder, Maritza Baca

My journey with Monarch Marketing began when I identified a need for small business owners to better utilize social media marketing. I realized the complexity involved with managing social media and navigating the ever changing landscape. As a business owner myself, I understand the amount of time required to truly build your brand online. I’ve developed a system for generating awareness on Facebook and Instagram, while giving each business owner a voice to express their creativity and individual goals. I love empowering businesses to share their platform, reach new audiences, and gain maximum exposure for their services and brand.

Maritza Baca is the Founder of Monarch Marketing Group, LLC an Interactive Marketing agency specializing in social media marketing, grassroots marketing and community outreach. A graduate of UCLA, Maritza has more than 20 years of marketing experience and has worked for top brands like McDonald’s, Univision, Chevrolet and Grocery Outlet. Her agency manages multiple social media accounts across Northern and Southern California and Washington.

She is also an instructor for Canterbury Business Center and NEW (New Economics for Women), two organizations that advocate for women, minority and small business owners in California. Maritza lives in Ventura County and enjoys jogging/exercise, cooking and eating delicious foods and watching her son play baseball.
